I'm sorry, what?

I'm assisting in a music class this week and one of the stations the kids get to do is Guitar Hero World Tour. Heck yeah! Early on today I was manning my Guitar Hero station when a boy walked up to me and said, "Are you still doing hot for teacher?"

I couldn't figure out what he was talking about. I thought, "Is this kid hitting on me?" I paused and thought, hmmm. "Is this like a competition I've been entered in, like Miss America, for teachers?" I was flattered, but really confused.

Then I realized where I was, what I was doing, and the blonde moment passed. Guitar Hero. Music. "Hot for Teacher" is a Van Halen song on the game. Der. Thanks, kid.
