Sometimes You Just Need Some Pie

Today in math we were dividing decimals. It was pretty much just a work day so I was walking around helping as needed. One boy raised his hand and asked for help. I bent down and asked what the problem was. His reply? "I don't know what I've done wrong here and I just really need some pie and I don't have any."

I couldn't help but laugh out loud as we worked the problem out together. Sometimes a little pie does make it a little better.
