Mrs. Butterworth

Why do some kids always smell like syrup? I get that it is probably residue from their breakfast...good for them for eating hearty before coming to see me. But maybe they should l'eggo their eggo a little sooner so they have time to wash off Mrs. Butterworth before coming to school. Alas, I should not complain. It will not be long before they start smelling like funky syrup, and I have to give the "just because you can't smell yourself doesn't mean others can't" talk.
